Who controls this site

This site is operated by Desert hamster (Hangzhou) Network Technology Co., Ltd. (trading as “Desert hamster” / 沙漠仓鼠). Contact channels are listed in the Legal entity statement at the bottom of this page.

Information you provide

The site has no account system and no enquiry form that stores data on our servers. When you build an enquiry list and send it, you choose to send that content yourself through WhatsApp (or, in the future, email) using the links on this site.

Messages and attachments you send through those channels are treated as ordinary business correspondence between companies. Please do not include sensitive information you are not authorised to share.

Information we collect automatically

Like most websites, the hosting service records basic technical logs (such as IP address, time and browser type) to keep the site secure and stable. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking, and we do not sell information.

Local storage in your browser

We keep two small preferences in your browser’s local storage: your selected language and the product list you are building. This data stays on your device and is never sent to us automatically. You can clear it at any time through your browser’s site-data settings.

Third-party services

WhatsApp (Meta Platforms): opening a WhatsApp link routes the conversation through WhatsApp, whose own terms and privacy policy then apply to that conversation.

Google Fonts: to display consistent typography, your browser requests font files from Google’s font servers. Google handles those requests under its own privacy policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

Retention

Correspondence you send through business channels is retained as part of ordinary trade records, in line with each channel’s own retention practices. If you ask us to delete a specific message thread, contact us through the channels below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update the date shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
