These terms cover browsing this wholesale catalogue site and starting a sourcing enquiry.

Nature of the site

Desert hamster (Hangzhou) Network Technology Co., Ltd. operates this site as a catalogue and enquiry channel for wholesale buyers. The site is not an online shop: it does not sell products, display prices or hold inventory.

Not an offer

Product references, images and descriptions are provided to start a conversation — not as an offer, quotation or specification commitment. Prices, availability, materials, MOQ and delivery terms are confirmed individually through an enquiry.

Illustrative images

Some images on this site are labelled as illustrative references (for example the production-scene images on the company page). Illustrative images do not claim to show company-owned facilities or a specific product finish.

Intellectual property

The Desert hamster name, logo, text and image content on this site belong to Desert hamster (Hangzhou) Network Technology Co., Ltd. or its licensors. You may browse and share individual product references for sourcing purposes. You may not systematically scrape, republish or resell site content without written consent.

Liability

The site is provided “as is”. We aim to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, Desert hamster is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this site.

We may update these terms from time to time. Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact channels listed in the Legal entity statement below.
